Return Policy and Instructions
We're not satisfied until you are, so if for any reason the merchandise you received did not live up to your expectations, you can request a return or replacement. Please contact our Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. You may also call us toll free at 1-800-602-167 . Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am until 5:30pm.
To return your order by mail, please follow the 4 steps below:
1. Please make sure your order number appears on the outside and inside of all cartons.
2. Briefly explain the problem with your order.
3. If an imprint error has occurred, please provide the correct imprint with your return.
